Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the
NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 548000 5816000 39° 30' grid azimuth for a distance 675 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 266° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 314° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 72° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 39° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 109° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 164° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,475 metres to the point of commencement.
