Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Clarke's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of
NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 326000 east 5267000 north 114° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 191° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 139° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 215° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 290° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 29° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 67° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the point of commencement.
