Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Connaigre Pond - Hutchings Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 589000 5261000 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 172° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 135° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 242° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 221° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 250° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 295° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 40° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 324° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 43° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 71° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 27° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 78° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 122° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the point of commencement.
