Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Grand Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 508000 5657000 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 23° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 07° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 357° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 28° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 103° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 71° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 296° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres to the point of commencement.
