Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Gull Pond Water Supply Area, Rocky Harbour as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 435000 5493000 119° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 352° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 286° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 355° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 341° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 03° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 312° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 44° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 142° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 122° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 145° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 185° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 229° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 309° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
