Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Hant's Harbour Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 329000 metres east, 5315000 metres north, 125° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 0° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,768 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,044 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 131° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,304 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 186° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,255 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 237° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,481 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 933 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 303° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 853 metres to the point of commencement.
