Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Lapland Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 536000 5412000 130° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 34° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 39° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
