Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Mill Lake Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 630000 5437000 145° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 191° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 179° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 304° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 60° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 47° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 85° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres to the point of commencement.
