Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rigolet Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Rigolet as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 405000 6003000 348° 00' for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 250° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,360 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,920 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,040 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 354° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,060 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 52° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,180 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 91° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,920 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 190° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,820 metres to the point of commencement.
