Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Shoe Cove Ponds Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 602000 metres east, 5530000 metres north, 22° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 324° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 149° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 217° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres to the point of commencement.
