Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Two Mile Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 439000 5521000 16° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 89° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 172° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 175° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 287° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 355° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 312° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 27° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 324° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
