Issuing and Selling Bonds to Repay Loans
of the City of St. John's Order
under the
City of St. John's (Loan) Act, 1978
(O.C. 96-152)

Under the authority of section 3 of the City of St. John's (Loan) Act, 1978 and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. Approval to issue and sell bonds

Approval to issue and sell bonds

1. The City Council of the City of St. John's is granted approval to issue and sell bonds in the amount of $14,000,000 to refinance certain city debts.
