CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 922/96

St. Alban's Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the St. Alban's Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point at the highwater mark at Clarke Head on the western shoreline of Bay d'Espoir;

Then running south 77° 30' west a distance of 3,175 metres, more or less, to the northeastern extremity of an unnamed pond;

Then running north 19° west a distance of 2,850 metres to a point on the northern bank of Southwest Brook;

Then in a generally northeasterly direction along the northern bank of that brook to the junction point of Southwest Brook and Northwest Brook;

Then running north 2° 30' east a distance of 2,650 metres, more or less, to the eastern extremity of an unnamed pond;

Then running south 82° 30' east a distance of 3,850 metres to a point at the highwater mark at Lee Cove on the western shoreline of Bay d'Espoir;

Then in a generally southerly direction following the sinuosities of the shoreline of Bay d'Espoir via Swanger Cove, Snooks Point, Tickle Head, Cluett Head, Man of War Head, Birchy Point, to Clarke Head, the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to the grid north as shown on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Series Maps.
