Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

(Filed September 10, 1997)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Big Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Postville as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, zone 21, 320,000 metres east 6,087,000 metres north 337 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 258 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 343 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 54 ° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 21 ° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 73 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 154 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 184 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 232 ° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
