Privileges and Elections Committee
Privileges and Elections Committee: deals with matters of privilege referred to it by the House. If the Speaker determines there is a prima facie case that a breach of privilege has occurred, a motion is made to refer it to this Committee. This Committee also reviews the code of conduct for Members.
